Access to and use of the lucky.ph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law. Lucky.ph enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC identity verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on lucky.ph. Attempting to open or operate more than one Account — whether under the same name, different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in all associated accounts being suspended and all balances being forfeited.
Employees, contractors, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of lucky.ph, its affiliated entities, game providers, and any partner organizations involved in the operation of the Platform are not eligible to open or maintain a Player Account.
To access real-money gaming on lucky.ph, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, email address, and date of birth. You confirm that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lucky.ph Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Lucky.ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on your Account at all times. Any material change in your personal details — including mobile number, email address, or legal name — must be reported to lucky.ph support promptly. Providing false information at registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate account termination.
Each player may hold only one active Account. Lucky.ph uses technical verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, lucky.ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain all funds deposited therein.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws, lucky.ph is required to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification is a one-time process. Players are required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document, which may include any of the following:
Lucky.ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, source of funds declarations, or additional identity documents, in accordance with PAGCOR compliance requirements or internal risk management procedures.
Lucky.ph will endeavor to complete KYC verification within one (1) to forty-eight (48) business hours of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. Lucky.ph is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or insufficient KYC documentation.

Lucky.ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Lucky.ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or any unlisted payment method.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP per transaction. Maximum deposit amounts per transaction and per day may vary by payment method and are displayed in the Platform Cashier at the time of transaction.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to the Player Account instantly upon confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically credited within one (1) to fifteen (15) minutes of successful transfer confirmation. Lucky.ph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to lucky.ph are legally owned by you and are not derived from any unlawful activity. Lucky.ph is required by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
Lucky.ph does not extend credit to players. All gameplay must be funded by funds deposited in the Player Account. Lucky.ph does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a Player.
Withdrawal of Real Money Funds from a lucky.ph Account is available to players who have: (a) successfully completed KYC identity verification; (b) met any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) deposited and wagered a minimum amount as specified in the platform Cashier.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically available. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are the primary supported methods. Bank withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are available to verified players. Withdrawals to accounts not in the Player's own name are not permitted.
Lucky.ph endeavors to process withdrawal requests promptly. For fully KYC-verified accounts, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to four (4) business hours. Lucky.ph is not liable for delays caused by third-party processors, banking systems, or regulatory review requirements.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and player verification tier. Current limits are displayed in the Platform Cashier at the time of withdrawal request. VIP players may be eligible for increased withdrawal limits as specified in their VIP tier terms.
Lucky.ph does not charge withdrawal processing fees to players. Third-party payment processors or banks may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond the control of lucky.ph and are the sole responsibility of the Player.
Promotional offers on lucky.ph are available to eligible players as specified in the individual promotion terms. Lucky.ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonus amounts, percentages, and terms displayed in promotional materials are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is specified for each individual promotion and is calculated as a multiplier of the bonus amount received (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱20,000 in eligible game wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds).
Not all games on the lucky.ph Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of wager value. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations entirely. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's individual terms.
All Bonus Funds are subject to an expiry date from the time of crediting. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain unconverted after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods vary by promotion and are stated in the individual promotion terms.
Lucky.ph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it suspects or determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, exploitation of game mechanics during wagering of Bonus Funds, use of automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or any conduct that violates the spirit of the promotion. Lucky.ph's decisions on bonus eligibility are final and binding.

All casino games offered on the lucky.ph Platform operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Lucky.ph publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games and certifies that all live dealer games are operated using genuine physical cards, wheels, and dice under supervised studio conditions.
Sports betting markets on lucky.ph are governed by specific sport and market rules published in the platform's sportsbook rules section. Lucky.ph reserves the right to void any sports bet placed on erroneous odds, suspended markets, or after an event's commencement where applicable, as determined by the platform's sports rules.
In the event of a disconnection during a game round, lucky.ph's game server will record the last confirmed game state. Upon reconnection, the game will resume from the last confirmed state, and any resulting outcome will be treated as final. Lucky.ph is not responsible for losses arising from interrupted internet connectivity on the Player's end.
In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, lucky.ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. Winnings arising from a demonstrable game error or malfunction will not be honored. Lucky.ph's determination of a technical malfunction is final and binding.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lucky.ph Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
Lucky.ph reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account, withhold pending withdrawals, and retain account balances where it reasonably determines that prohibited conduct has occurred. Lucky.ph may report suspected criminal activity to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other relevant Philippine authorities.
Lucky.ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. You accept that the house edge means that, over time, losses are statistically more likely than gains. You agree to play only with funds you can afford to lose and not to gamble as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

Players who activate a self-exclusion will be unable to deposit, wager, or access gambling features on lucky.ph for the duration of the exclusion period. Lucky.ph will endeavor to remove excluded players from all marketing communications. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable. Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a violation of these Terms and may be reported to PAGCOR.

Lucky.ph will cooperate fully with any investigation and will permanently close any account determined to be operated by a person under the age of 21.
All content on the lucky.ph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the overall design and presentation of the Platform ("Content") — is the proprietary property of lucky.ph or its licensed content providers, and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any Content or information obtained from the Platform without the prior written consent of lucky.ph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lucky.ph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:
Lucky.ph's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit lucky.ph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Lucky.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Player has violated these Terms; continued operation of the Account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk; or PAGCOR or another regulatory authority requires action on the Account.
Upon termination of a Player Account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), lucky.ph reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation and, where the breach is confirmed, to forfeit any balance in accordance with PAGCOR rules. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach (e.g., player request or regulatory direction), any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method after applicable compliance checks.
A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting lucky.ph support. Accounts will be closed within a reasonable timeframe following the request. Any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player following completion of identity verification where not previously completed.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms. Lucky.ph operates under PAGCOR authorization, and certain disputes may be subject to PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution procedures in addition to or instead of judicial proceedings.
Lucky.ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, lucky.ph will notify registered Players by email to their registered email address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the lucky.ph Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
